While the North Shore Senior Center is currently closed to the public, staff is working remotely.
- Adult Protective Services
If you suspect abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of an older adult or adult with disabilities ages 18-59, call 847-784-6000 Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm, or the 24-hour hotline 866-800-1409. - Seniors Feeling Depressed or Anxious
If you are experiencing depression and/or anxiety, call 847-784-6000. Leave a message and a counselor will return your call within 24 business hours. If you are having suicidal thoughts, please call the Suicide Prevention hotline at 800-273-8255.
North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic

Northbrook Cares is a website managed by the Village of Northbrook’s Community Relations Commission to connect teens, young adults, and their families with local social services.
Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities is ready to support basic human needs for food, provide emergency assistance, and to lift the spirit of those hit hardest by COVID-19.

Plaines. Food Packs and Hot Meals are distributed utilizing curbside
